5:00-5:30PM Full Youth Winds soundcheck in Auditorium with instruments and music. Belongings may be left in warm-up room 206, across the hall from the Auditorium.
5:30PM Cadet Strings report to warm-up room 203, across from Auditorium a few doors down the hallway.
5:30-6:00PM Youth Orchestra soundcheck in Auditorium with instruments and music. Cases and other belongings may be left in warm-up room 206, across the hall from the auditorium.
6:00PM DOORS OPEN
6:15PM All WVYS members report to designated seating area in Auditorium.
6:30PM CONCERT!

Concert Reception will be downstairs in the cafeteria. Elevator is available if needed. Signs will be posted so you know where the cafeteria is located.
