Belongings may be left in warm-up room 206, across the hall from the Auditorium.\n5:30PM Cadet Strings report to warm-up room 203, across from Auditorium a few doors down the hallway.\n5:30-6:00PM Youth Orchestra soundcheck in Auditorium with instruments and music. Cases and other belongings may be left in warm-up room 206, across the hall from the auditorium.\n6:00PM DOORS OPEN\n6:15PM All WVYS members report to designated seating area in Auditorium.\n6:30PM CONCERT!\nConcert Reception will be downstairs in the cafeteria. Elevator is available if needed. Signs will be posted so you know where the cafeteria is located.\n
